Who is responsible

The data controller is Sea Fresh SpA, Chilean tax ID 77.947.253-1, located at Avenida Edmundo Eluchans 3011, Office 604, Viña del Mar, Chile. The privacy contact is seafreshx@gmail.com.

Information we request

• Required: name, email address, country, product of interest and inquiry message.
• Optional: company name.
• Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Purpose and authorization

We use the inquiry information only to answer and manage the commercial inquiry you send. Sea Fresh SpA does not use this form to add people to marketing lists or newsletters.

Provider and data flow

The form sends the information to Formspree, the technical form provider, which delivers it to seafreshx@gmail.com, an inbox hosted by Gmail/Google. Sea Fresh has confirmed that this delivery path works. The website is hosted on Netlify. Within Sea Fresh SpA, access is limited to authorized company personnel. Processing locations and international-transfer safeguards still need to be documented outside this local project.

Retention and deletion

Sea Fresh SpA has adopted the following rule: legitimate commercial inquiries are retained for 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Spam, tests and discarded messages are deleted within 30 days, and records are reviewed at least quarterly. If an inquiry becomes a customer relationship or contract, only the necessary information is moved to the appropriate business record, which follows its own documented legal or contractual retention rule; the duplicate form submission is deleted. Deletion requests are assessed promptly, subject to any documented legal obligation requiring limited further retention.

Your rights

You may request information about your data and, where applicable, its correction, deletion or blocking under Chilean Law No. 19,628. Law No. 21,719 introduces a strengthened regime from 1 December 2026. Requests may be sent to seafreshx@gmail.com. To protect personal data, Sea Fresh SpA may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.

Cookies and tracking

The reviewed site does not load analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media or tracking cookies. It stores only a short-lived timestamp in the browser session after a successful form submission to reduce accidental repeated sends. Because no optional trackers are present, no cookie banner has been added.
